1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any LeewayEdu platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platforms. These terms apply to leewayedu.com, app.leewayedu.com, vote.leewayedu.com, and dex.leewayedu.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platforms. By using LeewayEdu, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Platform Description

LeewayEdu provides:

  • A blockchain-powered education platform on BSC testnet (currently) and mainnet (planned)
  • Learn-to-earn functionality where users earn $LEWT points by completing content
  • A decentralised exchange (LeewayDEX) for token swapping
  • A blockchain voting platform (Leeway Ballot) for organisations

4. Third-Party Liquidity for Token Swaps

LeewayDEX swaps between $LEWT and USDT use our own liquidity pool. For any other trading pair not involving $LEWT, your swap may be routed through and executed via a third-party decentralised exchange's liquidity (such as PancakeSwap). In those cases, your transaction is signed and executed against that third party's smart contracts, not ours, and is subject to that protocol's own liquidity, pricing, and smart contract risk. We do not control or guarantee the availability, pricing, or security of third-party liquidity.

5. $LEWT Token

The $LEWT token is a utility token providing access to LeewayEdu ecosystem services. It is NOT a security, investment contract, or financial instrument. Participation in the LeewayEdu ecosystem does not constitute an investment. Token values may fluctuate and past performance does not indicate future results.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
  • You must not use the platform for illegal activities
  • You must not attempt to manipulate the smart contracts or platform
  • You are responsible for all transactions made from your wallet
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible — verify all details before confirming

7. Testnet Notice

The platform currently operates on BSC Testnet. Testnet tokens have no real monetary value. When we migrate to BSC Mainnet, all testnet activity will be evaluated for legacy holder compensation at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code on LeewayEdu platforms are owned by LeewayEdu Innovations and Technology Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

LeewayEdu is not liable for any losses arising from smart contract bugs, blockchain network issues, wallet compromises, or market fluctuations. Use the platform at your own risk. Always verify contract addresses before interacting.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
